Booking and Deposits

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Deposits will be applied toward your total service.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and confirmation email has been sent.

Same-day appointments will be considered a “walk-in”, and you can contact me directly via text or call to schedule. No extra fees applied.

Appointment Preparation

All services must be booked accordingly to allow enough time for your appointment.

This includes:

  • Nail designs

  • Repairs

  • Soak-offs/removals

  • Multiple services

Please book all required services in advance to ensure proper timing.

Services cannot be changed at the time of your appointment if it affects scheduling.

Accommodations may be made at my discretion depending on availability and scheduling.

Late Policy

A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

If you arrive later than 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be:

  • shortened

  • or rescheduled

This ensures all clients receive a timely and quality experience.

If rescheduled, you may be required to put down another deposit.

Respecting the Space

Polished By Nira is a private, one-on-one studio experience.

To maintain a calm and elevated environment:

  • Please arrive on time

  • No extra guests unless approved

  • No children unless they are able to sit without interfering with appointment and/or other service providers in the building. Please communicate ahead of time if you ABSOLUTELY need to bring your child.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments are requested to be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours without penalty.

Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged a no-show fee up to 100% of the scheduled service, in accordance with the card on file.

Future bookings will require full prepayment.
